1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Taxi Driver's Notes app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
- The App is intended for **Uber, Lyft, and taxi drivers** to track rides and predict demand.
- You may only use the App in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- All data related to trips and locations stays **on your device**; we do not collect personal ride data.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Google Play or Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- We do not store your credit card information.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. You may opt out of personalized ads in Google account or device settings.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect **anonymous app usage data** to improve the App. This does not include trip logs or ride locations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and trademarks in the App are owned by Taxi Driver's Notes or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including lost income or data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
