1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Taxi Driver's Notes application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
2. Use of the App
- The App is designed for Uber, Lyft, and taxi drivers to track trips, mileage, expenses, and demand patterns.
- You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws.
- The App may store data locally and/or synchronize it securely through cloud services when enabled.
3. User Accounts
Users may use the App without creating an account. Account creation is optional and is only required to enable cloud synchronization features.
Cloud synchronization features (such as saving trips, mileage records, and receipt images to the cloud) require signing in using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.
4. Permissions and Device Features
The App may request access to the following device features:
- Location services (including background location)
- Camera (for receipt scanning)
- Internet access
These permissions are used only to provide App functionality such as trip tracking, demand analysis, mileage tracking, receipt management, and driver insights.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription via Google Play or Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- We do not store payment card information.
6. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. You may control ad personalization through your device or Google settings.
7. Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the App. This does not include personal trip or ride content.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design elements of the App are owned by SVMOB or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial loss, data loss, or damages resulting from App use.
10. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion and removal of associated cloud data by contacting:

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
