Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Taxi Drivers Notes account and all associated cloud data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request using one of the following methods:
- Email: support@taxidriversnotes.com
- You can also submit a deletion request using our secure form: Submit Account Deletion Request

What will be deleted
- Firebase Authentication account
- User profile data
- Cloud-stored trips and analytics data
- Receipt images stored in Firebase (if enabled)
What may remain
- Locally stored data on the device (must be deleted manually)
- Data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention (if applicable)
Processing time
We process all verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Verification
For security reasons, we may request verification before processing your request.
